Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days after your order ships. Our products ship from our partner warehouses, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking: Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delays and lost parcels: Carriers can occasionally be delayed during holidays or bad weather. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or give a full refund (see our Refund Policy).

Wrong address: Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
